Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By claiming a county and using Localengine's services, you agree to these terms. "We", "us", and "our" refers to Localengine Ltd. "You" refers to the tradesperson or business subscribing to our service.

2. Service description

Localengine provides:

• A 30+ page website built for local SEO in your claimed county (included free)
• Citation building and NAP consistency across 40+ directories
• Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management
• GeoGrid rank tracking
• 250 branded QR review cards per year
• Website hosting, security, and maintenance
• 4 Google Business Profile posts per month
• Monthly visibility and rank tracking reports

3. County exclusivity

Each county (one trade, one county) is exclusive to one client. While your subscription is active, we will not accept another client for the same trade in the same county.

4. Pricing and payment

Monthly fee: £300/month. No setup fee. Website included at no additional cost. Prices may change with 30 days notice. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation

Minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial 6-month period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your county becomes available to other tradespeople. No refunds are given for partial months.

6. Website ownership

Localengine retains ownership of the website, domain, and associated digital assets. Content you provide (photos, testimonials, business information) remains your property.

7. Limitations

We do not guarantee specific search rankings or lead volumes. SEO results depend on many factors including competition, search algorithm changes, and market conditions. We commit to building and maintaining best-practice infrastructure.
